Requirements We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic to develop their skills and eager to share the value insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life and realize their dreams.
  • Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
  • Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)
  • Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred
  • Sales Experience Preferred
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Written, Verbal, and Auditory
  • Self-Motivated
  • Experience in Marketing
  • Ability to Make Presentations to Potential Customers
  • Achievements in Mutually Agreed Upon Marketing Goals

  • Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain and strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day.
  • Work closely in a team environment, participating in weekly meetings and ongoing collaborative efforts
  • Actively participate in hands-on learning and coaching to become an industry expert

Hours Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM located in Buford, GA
Compensation $45,000-$80,000+ Per Year

About Jeanne White’s Agency Jeanne was born and raised in Metro Atlanta and graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens, Ga. She opened up her State Farm agency in Buford, Ga in 1990. Jeanne has been an active member of the North Gwinnett Kiwanis club in Buford, Ga since 1992. Jeanne and her husband attend Gwinnett Church along with their 4 blended children. When she’s not working, Jeanne is enjoying the lake, staying active with yoga, watching sports (mainly Auburn, her husband's alma mater!) and volunteering locally. We hope to bring in a new member that is just as positive and enthusiastic about supporting and engaging with our local community.
