As a Staff Assistant at Jeannie White’s State Farm Agency, you will help equip our business to continually achieve its goals. You will be working with Amanda, managing personal errands, executive requests and other office duties. This position requires excellent communication skills, good judgement, and strong time management skills to meet deadlines. This position requires someone that is dependable and flexible as the job duties look different day-to-day.
Requirements We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about developing their skills and eager to learn.
- High School Diploma
- Cash Handling experience
- Willingness to run personal and office errands
- Be comfortable working with pets
- Able to work with continually changing needs of the agency
- Be dependable
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials

A message from Jeannie White Some fun facts about me! I was born and raised in Metro Atlanta. I graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens, Ga. I opened my State Farm agency in Buford, Ga in 1990. I have been an active member of the North Gwinnett Kiwanis club in Buford, Ga since 1992. My husband and I are proud of our family, each having two grown adults and sharing 5 grandchildren. When I am not working, I enjoy the lake, staying active with yoga, watching sports (mainly Auburn, my husband's Alma Mater!) and volunteering locally.
