We are searching for a competitive producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

  • Must possess Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Written, Verbal, and Auditory
  • Self-Motivated
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
  • 2 years previous State Farm experience

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Compensation $40,000-$80,000 Per Year Our compensation expectations show a range of our salary plus commission system. With our profitable and thriving market and business model, team development, and intentional hiring process, we are confident that you will be successful in achieving high-earning compensation amounts.

A message from Jeannie White Some fun facts about me! I was born and raised in Metro Atlanta. I graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens, Ga. I opened my State Farm agency in Buford, Ga in 1990. I have been an active member of the North Gwinnett Kiwanis club in Buford, Ga since 1992. My husband and I are proud of our family, each having two grown adults and sharing 5 grandchildren. When I am not working, I enjoy the lake, staying active with yoga, watching sports (mainly Auburn, my husband's Alma Mater!) and volunteering locally.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
